Heyo! I'm Chet! I'm a junior studying Digital Media Innovation and Entrepreneurship at TXST University. I've been an avid rock climber for the last five years and don't plan on stopping! In my free time I love playing video games like Peak and Minecraft as well as watching shows and movies, currently I'm in the middle of Breaking Bad and it's SO GOOD! My favorite thing is to spend time with my friends and girlfriend, doesn't matter what we're up to, just as long as we're all together it's a blast. In terms of my more professional life, I have a few campus jobs, one with the division of marketing at TXST which leads into my passion for creating content. I began actively posting on Instagram about two years ago and fun fact, I created an Instagram series where I climbed with TXST students until I climbed with Kelly Damphousse, president of TXST University!
My mom and dad have always been there for me no matter what I wanted to pursue and greatly helped me get to where I am today. Becky, my sister, is an absolute rockstar in everything that she does, owning her own birthing clining and traveling all over the world. She's also arock climber and I credit a lot of my early climbing experience to her advice. In terms of my personal life, I, and my parents, have six furry friends. Sparky, a five year old scruffy terrier who loves booty scratches. Chuy, a schnauser mix with an old soul, going on 14 years, who also looks just like Chewbacca. Moonshine, the brave mama, a calico who's had more litters than a landfill does. Her son, Ginger(very original) who loves to scratch and be chaotic when he doesn't get a treat. A domestic shorthair named Penelope who became very loving and used to be the opposite. Finally, my girlfriend has a pug named Dobby whom I am the godfather to and I love very much.
I just moved in with, Savannah, my girlfriend of 2 years and we're loving it. She is so amazing and willing to try anything so I've had the best time of my life with her throughout college. She was not so outdoorsy when we first met but throughout time and meeting all of our friends she has grown a love for climbing and getting outside. Since we have the same friend group full of climbers, hangouts are a breeze and fun for everyone! Here are some pictures of Savannah and our friends!
